Clients ask us this on the first call, usually politely. The short answer is that we are the people who make sure you never have to ask twice. The longer answer explains why the concierge model is different from an event agency, what white-label really means, and how a typical project runs from the first conversation to the last guest leaving.
Amsterdam & Monnickendam

A storyteller opens an evening route through Amsterdam
Concierge, not agency
The word concierge comes from the grand hotels, where one person at the desk could get you a table, a ticket or a car with a single request and no follow-up. That is the standard we borrowed. An event agency sells you an event. A concierge takes responsibility for an outcome and for everything around it: the venue and the dinner, yes, but also the travel, the hotel, the security, the gift on the pillow and the thing your CEO mentioned once in passing. You ask once. It happens.
Our team is built for that. A creative concept and event producer, one of the Netherlands’ finest Les Clefs d’Or concierges, corporate management trainers, hospitality experts, designers and logistical minds, operating as one unit with thirty years of combined experience in corporate events.
What white-label means in practice
Everything we do carries your name, not ours. Invitations come from you. Hosts on the day are introduced as your team. If a guest compliments the dinner, the compliment goes to you. We work in the background on purpose: our clients’ brands stay in front, and the relationship with their guests stays theirs. It also means discretion: much of our work is never published anywhere, and that is exactly as it should be.

How a project runs
It starts with a conversation about purpose. What should be different in your organisation the day after the event? From that we shape a concept, from a blank canvas rather than a menu of formats, and we agree on the budget, the guest experience and the moments that matter. Then we take ownership of the execution: venues and partners from our network, travel and hospitality, technical production, creative detail, and the running order down to the minute. On the day, our team is on site and out of sight. Afterwards we close everything out, from the last invoice to the thank-you notes.

What we are good at, and what we are not
We are specialised in corporate events: C-level dinners and offsites, team building and culture days, business event concepts such as launches and anniversaries, sport and vitality experiences, incentives and multi-day trips, and the travel and lifestyle services around them. Groups from ten to a thousand, in Amsterdam, the Benelux and wherever our network reaches. We focus on corporate work, and knowing what to say no to is part of doing the rest extremely well.
What it costs
Every project is quoted individually, because a board dinner for twelve and a sports day for a thousand have nothing in common except our standards. What we can promise is transparency: one proposal, all costs visible, no surprises. The best way to find out is a short conversation. Tell us the occasion and the number of guests, and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right partner.
